These SMS Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by Rutherford and Epps Holdings Group, LLC, doing business as Christy Rutherford (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), through www.christyrutherford.com (the “Site”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

  1.  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Christy Rutherford at the mobile number you provide. Our messages may include:

  • Webinar registration confirmations, reminders, and access links;
  • Updates about schedule changes for events you have registered for;
  • Information and promotional offers about our leadership development programs, courses, books, coaching services, and upcoming events; and
  • Replies to questions you send us.
  1.  HOW YOU OPT IN

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you register for a webinar or join our e-mail list on the Site, or by texting a keyword we publish to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you provide.

  1.  MESSAGE FREQUENCY

This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies based on the webinars and events you register for and the programs you sign up to hear about.

  1.  COSTS

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile service plan for details. We do not charge you for text messages.

  1.  HOW TO OPT OUT (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on the Site.

  1.  CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.christyrutherford.com/privacy_policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties.

  1.  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If we materially change the program, we will notify you by text message.
