My journey hasn’t been about accumulating titles. It’s been about transforming the fear of failure, reclaiming my life, and building a framework that makes leadership sustainable—not just successful. I’ve made fast promotions. I’ve won national accolades. And I’ve also burned out so completely that I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror. That’s what taught me what really matters.
