Here’s Just a Taste of This Episode’s Talking Points
The Challenges Chrystin Experienced
Before Chrystin Started working with me, she had experienced some challenges. One of those challenges is letting other people tell her what success should look like, which is more about helping his boss and other people look good so they can achieve their goals.
She then realized that doing such doesn't make her happy. Because she would end up standing in the crowd, watching somebody be acknowledged for the work that she has done. This was very demoralizing for Chrystin, thinking that she would always be that person in the background.
The Point of the Shift
Chrystin's point of shift started when she attended the women's leadership conference at which I'm one of the speakers. She met me there and thought that I went some really great stuff.
She felt inspired and joined a group of women from the conference. Then, sharted working with me and talked about the challenges we were facing. Such as not asking for things that you want, not living up to your full potential, and letting other people tell us that this is what your success should look like.
During the sessions, Chrystin realized that she doesn't want to live working for other people's success and just always be in the background. Then, comes real change.
